Transaction Tracking allows you, your F. C. Tucker Home-Link sales associate, or your Personal Service Coordinator to track the stages of your purchase or sale from the accepted offer through the closing/title/escrow date.

The transaction tracking process has nine stages which become activated when you have an estimated or accepted offer.

Through the stages, you are able to track the mortgage and appraisal process, your building and radon inspections and other steps in the home buying and selling process.

Your PSC also contacts you for follow up regarding the Home-Link services available relating to the appropriate stage.
